About

We are a Health Center located at Churchill High School.

We provide high quality preventive and acute health care and mental health services.  We serve all children in Eugene, from birth to age 18, regardless of insurance or ability to pay.  We can bill insurance as well as can see those without insurance.  We are a resource and support system to our underserved at-risk adolescent population.  We are staffed by a nurse, a nurse practioner, and a mental health therapist. We are a non-profit health care provider. We are financially supported by the Eugene School  District 4J, State of Oregon, private donations and grants.  You can support the work of the Churchill Health Center with a tax deductible donation to Churchill Health Center, at 1850 Bailey Hill Road, Eugene, OR  97405.
